Absolutely outstanding. Lee and his crew are incomparable to any other in my book. Not to mention, the establishment is clean and bright and comfortable. My van started having transmission issues when I stopped for gas in Independence during my cross-country travel from KY to CO. Joe, "the best transmission guy in town", from multiple sources, diagnosed the problem right away an hour before they closed for the night. Lee was EXTREMELY hospitable, personable and attentive. He let me sleep in my conversion van in the parking lot, provided me with power for my heater, SHOWER in the beautiful shop shower, made sure I had eaten, and most importantly- he was honest, straightforward and quite the comedian! Michael at the desk provided me with water, coffee, donuts and cookies, and frequently updated me on the status of my van!! Joe was extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the mechanisms of the transmission. Previously, my Dad has been my mechanic and I've always had a hard time trusting anyone else, but these guys have my trust!
