We were on our way back to Kansas needing to tow a vehicle. I rented a UHAUL in Independence, and when I went to pick it up, my trailer wiring wasn't working. I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts to see if it was a fuse. When we ruled out fuses, O'Reilly sent me Lee's Auto Repair. The gentlemen who was covering the front desk was on his lunch break. He immediately got up and started to help us without an appointment and with a great helpful attitude. When he figured out we needed new wires he told me what we needed to do and didn't charge us for an hour of trouble shooting.
